On October 31, 2020, members of the Preparatory Committee of the First Global "Olymp’Arts" Conference were invited to visit Yunnan University in Yunnan Province to participate in the exchange meeting. Qin Wen, Vice Chairman of the International Olymp’Arts Committee, Xu Yuanshen, Secretary-General of the International Joint Initiatives ASBL, Famous contemporary Chinese painter, Dean of China Heavy Color Oil Painting International Academy, Zhou Changxin, Dean of Changxin International Art College of Yunnan University, Chinese Ceramic Artist, Jingdezhen Fan Minqi, Dean of Ceramic Art Research Institute, Wei Wenjun, Director of Jingdezhen Changnan Art Museum, and artists and entrepreneurs attended the meeting.

Chairman Qin gave an introduction on the history and planning of the Olymp’Arts conference. In principle, the conference should follow the Olymp’Arts Charter to ensure brand independence and originality. It should not be completely Chinese but international. Suggestions and requirements were put forward on related issues such as the choice of host cities, city specifications, carrying capacity and financial support.

Dean Zhou Changxin introduced Yunnan Province’s location, terrain, climate, ethnicity, cultural and artistic undertakings, etc. Yunnan Province has nurtured a rich and colorful ethnic culture and ethnic art in diverse and colorful forms for thousands of years. Regarding the content of the "Olymp’Arts" conference, the medals of the conference put forward their own unique views, and the holding of the first conference in China and the establishment of the selection rules for the conference have unlimited historical value.
